Situated within the historic An Post building on St. Andrew’s Street, The Exchange is a unique fusion of past and present, offering an immersive experience that celebrates both heritage and modernity.

From the ancient Viking assembly site, Thingmote, to the iconic St. Andrew’s Church with its Gothic Revival architecture, The Exchange provides a window into Dublin’s historical evolution.
Explore the transformation of nearby Suffolk Street from a marshy laneway into a bustling shopping destination and uncover the stories of significant landmarks like the historic Elvery Sports store and O’Neill’s Pub. The Exchange Events Series
To mark our 30th anniversary, The Exchange hosted a series of industry leadership events from April 9th to 11th, 2024, centered around the theme of “Sustainability and New Landscapes.” This exclusive series brought together leading figures in design and sustainability to discuss the future of workspaces and technological integration.
Highlights included addresses from William Beer, CEO of Tunley Environmental, on carbon reduction strategies, and Tom Lloyd, co-founder of Pearson Lloyd, on innovative materiality and design.
W2W’s series of industry leadership events culminated with the Four Under Forty panel discussion. Julieete Bosschaert from RKD, Ema Cepiou from Perkins and Will, Una Reid from Henry J Lyons, and Amy Whelan Savills participated in the discussion which focused on Sustainability and New Landscapes in the commercial interior landscape as a whole, providing invaluable insight into its ever-changing dynamic.
